What is the difference between Trunkist and other pre-order platforms?
Our platform is only for fashion products and we curate each collection with a designer perspective! We guarantee transparent follow-through. Although this rarely happens, there is a small chance that the item(s) you pre-order may not get produced - yet we will keep you constantly informed on the progress of each trunk show, and the final decision to produce or not. In the case, that our client decides not to produce, you will be fully refunded for your purchase. When will I receive my order?
Our business is based on pre-production purchases. Each collection has a unique lead-time that is dependent on our fabric and manufacturing partners. Within each product sales campaign, you will find an estimated shipping date range.
What if I receive my order and I decide that I don't like it?
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please refer to the "More Details" tab within each individual product for collection specific return and exchange polices.
What if my order does not fit as expected?
Each collection has a unique size chart, please refer to the "Sizing" tab within each individual product for collection specific fit info. In some cases, we may have extra sizes available for exchange - yet we do not guarantee this availability. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your order for a different size and we will advise on availability. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order: hello@trunkist.com
What if I change my mind and decide I want a refund before you ship the order?
You must contact us before the sales campaign closes with your request to cancel the order. Please see the collection or product page to determine if a campaign is open or closed.
How is my purchase directly supporting the brand?
We ensure all production costs are properly covered and each brand receives 100% of the design profits.
